Terms and Conditions For Clinic/Hospitals

As part of the clinic subscription and the registration of doctor, staff and owner to TreatPatient, requires certain information, including the personal datas and doctor registration certificate.

All the statements in this Privacy Policy apply to all Practitioners, and all Practitioners are therefore requested to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein prior to submitting any data’s to TreatPatient, failing which they are required to leave the Services, including the Website immediately.

Practitioner’s personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide to TreatPatient is used to help the Practitioners to describe and identify themselves. This information is exclusively owned by TreatPatient You will be the owner of your information and only with your conset, TreatPatient collects, uses, process and/or disclose the information for the purposes herein after stated . TreatPatient also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the Practitioner for the following purposes:
i Publishing such information on the Website.
ii Publishing such information on the application.

TreatPatient automatically enables the listing of Practitioners’ information on its Website/Application for every ‘Doctor’ added to a clinic using its software. The Practitioner information listed on Website/Application is displayed when End-Users search for clinic doctors and for the request to the doctor’s appointments. Any personally identifiable information of the Practitioners listed on the Website is not generated by TreatPatient and is provided to TreatPatient by Practitioners who wish to enlist themselves on the Website/application. TreatPatient displays such information on its Website/application on as is basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. As such, we strongly encourage Practitioners to check the accuracy and completeness of their information from time to time, and inform us immediately of any discrepancies, changes or updates to such information.

TreatPatient shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the Doctor to TreatPatient. Clinic owner or management will be responsible for the same.

TreatPatient is not responsible for any interactions between the Patient and the Practitioner/doctor in the clinic/hospital. The credibility of the doctor must be verified by the clinic management itself TreatPatient will not liable for the same.

Electronic medical records of clinic ownership is only with owner of that particular clinic in Treatpatient online platform and it will not be shared with any other clinics of different owner and Linsys Innovations who maintains the TreatPatient software is responsible for data privacy.

Any wrong medication or quality of treatment being given by the Practitioner(s) or any medical carelessness on part of the Practitioner(s) will be liable to the clinic/hospital management not by Treatpatient.

The changes in the fees charged, cancellation and rescheduling of the booked appointment are completely responsible by the Hospital Management not by TreatPatient.

Terms and Conditions For Patients

TreatPatient application may collect information relating to the devices by which you access the Website or application and anonymous data of your usage. These will be used for providing better services.

The Website or application allows TreatPatient to access registered Users’ email or phone numbers, to communicate with them.

TreatPatient shall not be liable for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information presented by the User to TreatPatient or any other person operating on behalf of TreatPatient.

The User is responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the User’s account access information and password if the user is registered on the Website. The User shall be liable for all usage of the User’s account and password, whether or not allowed by the User. The User shall instantly inform TreatPatient of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of the User’s account or password. Although TreatPatient will not be liable for your losses made by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of TreatPatient or such other parties as the case may be, due to any unauthorized usage of your account.

TreatPatient may use information obtained from the Users from time to time to debug customer support relevant issues.

TreatPatient will not involved in giving any healthcare or medical opinion or judgment and hence is not accountable for any intercommunications among User and the Practitioner. The user reads and agrees that TreatPatient will not be liable for:

1. User intercommunications and associated concerns User has with the Practitioner
2. The ability or intent of the Practitioner(s) or the lack of it, in fulfilling their obligations towards Users
3. Any wrong prescription or quality of treatment being furnished by the Practitioner(s), or any medical carelessness on part of the Practitioner(s)
4. Unsuitable treatment, or similar challenges or any type of difficulty suffered by the User due to negligence on the part of the Practitioner to provide agreed Services
5. Any misconduct or inapplicable behavior by the Practitioner or the Practitioner’s staff
6. Cancellation or no show by the Practitioner or rescheduling of a scheduled appointment or any variation in the fees charged

TreatPatient may provide End-Users by a free facility known as ‘Records’ on its mobile application ‘TreatPatient. The information accessible in your Records is of two types:

1. User-created: Information provided by you or information created through your interaction with TreatPatient, eg: an appointment
2. Practice-created: Health Records created by your communication with a Practitioner

Your Records will be created only after you have signed up and explicitly accepted these

Any Practice created Health Record is presented on an as-is basis at the sole intent, risk, and responsibility of the Practitioner and TreatPatient does not validate the said information and presents no representation in connection therewith.

It is your responsibility to maintain your right mobile number and email ID updated in the Records. The Health Records will be forwarded to the Records associated with this mobile number and/or email ID.

TreatPatient is not answerable or liable for any content, fact, Records, medical deduction, or the language used in your Health Records whatsoever. Your Practitioner is completely responsible and liable for your Health Records and any information provided to us including but not limited to the content in them.

TreatPatient may require the User to pay with a credit card, UPI, debit card or Netbanking for Services for which subscription amount(s) is/are payable.

TreatPatient will follow the law of land in case of any legal court or jurisdiction orders to share the Health Records for any reason.

You accept and acknowledge that TreatPatient may need to access the Health Record for circumstances such as any technical or operational concern of the End User in access or ownership of the Records.

As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to furnish personal information regarding yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:

• Full name
• An email address
• A mailing address
• A contact number
• Password
• Age
• Blood group

Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Website or Mobile App ('Member') and agree to be bound by the Terms. As a Member, you will be granted instant access to the Services from the time you have completed the registration process
